and other resources for women in need who are receiving
alternative and complementary treatments for cancer.

February 1, 2010

Today the intention was set to start this foundation.
The first task is to become a legal non-profit organization.

WHY THIS FOUNDATION?

In my own healing from breast cancer, I sought alternative treatment, since (due to an unusual medical history) I was unable to receive conventional care. I found no organizations that could help financially if an individual was not undergoing traditional or approved treatment.

MISSION

To help all women find and afford alternative and complementary cancer treatments
of their choice.

CORE VALUES

1. There are many paths to healing.

2. Choice in health care is a fundamental human right. Treatment aimed at saving a life should not devastate the resources of any individual or family.

3. We believe in the restoration of body, mind, heart and spirit.
