1. Use your own formatting of the story if you wish (cut and paste, etc). 2. You can put pages together for a class book, copy for more books, make a classroom or schoolwide rainforest display, etc. One school had a book sale, and then displayed their book in the local library. We think the text lends itself well to a class performance. Etc. 3. Let us know your class, school, library or other group is a Friend of the BEN. If you send us kids' comments, we will post them here. 4. APOLOGIES--WE HAVE SUSPENDED WEBSITE ART PUBLICATION FOR THE TIME BEING. PLEASE SKIP TO #5. We invite you to send us your students' ART, and we will publish it here on the site. Illustrations will be posted in your own school "gallery" (see Schools/Art page). Some revolving art will also be in the story, although not all art will be posted there due to space and time limits. We would like to honor your participation, so please do send us your pictures! We will only publish first names and ages, never last names of children. By sending your students' art, you/the students' parents are permitting us to post it on the site. 5. We hope you'll let us hear from you about how you and your students enjoy the story. We will post comments and your school/class on the Schools/Art page. 6. If your class wishes to make donations to the forest, here is BEN Land Purchase Campaign Information. 7. There is lots of good wildlife information and material for group discussion in the FUN FACTS pages, as well as links to resource sites in Contacts and Credits.
